Kim Passmore, AACI, P.App is a partner with S.W. Irvine & Associates in Guelph, Ontario. She specializes in agricultural and residential property valuation, which includes mixed, dairy, horse and cash crop farms, as well as other types of intensified farming operations, recreational country properties and vacant land.
After graduating from the Lang School's Bachelor of Commerce program majoring in Real Estate and Housing Passmore started working with S.W. Irvine & Associates. She now operates as an owner/partner of S.W. Irvine & Associates which employs a full-time office manager, research analysts, and appraisal professionals. The firm offers full-service real estate appraisals and consulting services for a variety of property types, including; agricultural, commercial, industrial, multi-residential and residential. The firm provides appraisals for various purposes including; financing, family planning, estate, divorce settlement, re-sale, capital gains, power of sale, and relocation.
In addition to her Commerce degree from Lang, Passmore completed a post-graduate certificate in real property valuation at UBC and was a mentor for aspiring real estate professionals in the Lang program. She currently serves as a director for the Appraisal Institute of Canada for the local chapter.
