In honor of National Chili Day on February 23rd, 2023 the MCB GSC will be hosting the MCB annual Chili cook-off fundraiser!! Cooks will enter their chili to be judged by the people in MCB and the winner of the contest will take home the GOLDEN LADLE!! (As well, first, second and third place winners will each receive a $25 gift card). To enter your chili in the contest, please fill out the Qualtrics survey (link below) by February 16th, 2023. On the day of the event, participants will bring their chili in a slow cooker to the MCB 4th floor lounge where it will be set up for lunch. More information will be provided closer to the day of the event.
If you do not wish to enter a chili in the event, come for lunch and participate as a judge! For $5 you get to try a sample of each of the chilis (once you’ve voted for your favorite you will receive a bowl of your favorite chili), as well as a bun (donated by bun master) and a can of pop! All proceeds from the event will support MCB's 2023 Adopt-a-Family initiative!
