Two UofG exceptional emerging researchers have received a total of $1.2 million in federal funding under the prestigious Canada Research Chairs [1] (CRC) program. 

Dr. Rebecca Shapiro, MCB, will receive a CRC in Microbial Functional Genomics and Synthetic Biology from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council.
