Assistant Professor Avis Devine takes her sustainable real estate students on a tour of sustainable and energy efficient real estate in Toronto and Mississauga. The tour was hosted by a variety of developers, investors, and consulting firms, including Avison Young, Oxford, Allied REIT, and Sweeney & Co (architects). The day included tours of operating and under construction office buildings, where students had the opportunity to learn about the greening of commercial real estate from industry leaders.
