Negotiations Updates
OSSTF/TARA
The Collective Agreement for OSSTF/TARA expired on April 30, 2024. As of Nov. 20, 2024, the University and the Union have reached a tentative agreement that will require ratification by both parties.
Concluded Negotiations
October 29, 2024 - UGFA
The collective agreement for the University of Guelph Faculty Association (UFA) was ratified by both parties on Oct. 29, 2024. See full negotiations updates with UGFA.
October 16, 2024 - Unifor Local 2003E
The collective agreement for Unifor Local 2003E, the Union representing the University's 10 Operating Engineers and those engaged as their helpers in the Central Utilities Plant, was ratified on October 16, 2024.
July 8, 2024 – UGFSEA Units 1 and 2
Members of the University of Guelph Food Service Employees Association (UGFSEA) Units 1 and 2 have ratified the renewal collective agreements that were tentatively agreed to on June 18, 2024, and June 20, 2024, respectively.
