Dr. Linda Keeling, a Professor of Animal Welfare at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences will deliver the keynote address at the F.W. Presant Memorial Lecture. Her talk, entitled “Scientific perspectives on the sustainable development of our relationship with farm animals” will delve into research on how farmers can successfully incorporate sustainable animal welfare practices into their operations, while remaining profitable.

This lecture is sponsored by the OAC Alumni Foundation and organized by U of G’s Colonel K.L. Campbell Centre for the Study of Animal Welfare and OAC.

The lecture is open to the public.
