No Sugar Peach Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Niagara grown peach (6-8 slices)
- water or milk
- agave syrup
- cardamom powder
Directions
In a blender add frozen Niagara grown peach slices, add water or milk just above the slices, some agave syrup, a pinch of cardamom powder and blend well. Enjoy the smoothie!

OAC Dean's Office staff tried this for themselves and offered up a few suggestions:
- Peach season is from August to October, so freeze your Niagara grown peaches to enjoy this treat year round
- For those of you that really enjoy cardamom, use a generous pinch
- Have a bit of a sweet tooth? Use 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
- Blend in a few mint leaves to add an extra burst of freshness
