The theme of this year's event is Food Innovations Coming to a Market Near You. The conversation will be led by our keynote speakers Stephanie Dorsey and Corey Jones who are principles in E2JDJ [1], a venture looking to support start-ups and entrepreneurs working in the sustainable food space. Dorsey and Jones have experience backing entrepreneurs that are leveraging resourceful, robust, and resilient technologies to innovate, disrupt, and move the world towards a reimagined and sustainable food system and will be leveraging this experience to discuss what the future of food means to them.
Following their talk, there will be a moderated panel discussion featuring representatives from industry and academics where they will discuss their thoughts on the future of food.
