Why choose a bachelor's degree in Indigenous Environmental Science and Practice at U of G?
Rethinking environmental protection in Canada is essential. We must work together to create a future that respects and cares for all living beings—and that future starts with you. Our existence is deeply connected to the land, the waters, and all our relations, from the rooted to the winged, the finned to the furred, the two-legged, four-legged, and those who crawl, swim, and soar.
Support a world that is more responsive and respectful to all life. This degree empowers you to integrate Indigenous methodologies and worldviews into your environmental work, equipping you with the skills and experiences to create meaningful change. By blending scientific knowledge with Indigenous ways of knowing and being, you'll gain a unique perspective to drive impact and shape a more sustainable future across Canada.
