Academic:
I am an assistant professor at the University of Guelph's Department of Population Medicine with an adjunct status in the Psychology Department. I lead the University of Guelph's Research in Occupational Health and Wellness (UGROHW). In the lab, our work focuses on identifying and understanding adverse events in the workplace with the goal of improving employee well-being and staff retention. Current areas of interest include exploring strategies to optimize the healthcare system beyond the pandemic and the impact of moral distress/injury among animal and human healthcare workers.
Clinical:
I am a clinical and school psychologist. I provide psychological assessments to children, adolescents, and adults in the public sector and private sectors.
