X--Associate Diploma Programs, Associate Diploma in Environmental Management |
Students interested in environmental issues and solutions will now be able to choose from two educational diploma streams within the Environmental Management Diploma offered at Ridgetwon College. This program applies technical and practical skills training in both a municipal / industrial stream as well as a rural / agricultural stream. The program is designed to address the critical shortage of trained and qualified sewage and/or water plant operators, and to train and certify personnel to assist growers in addressing the new nutrient management regulations that will affect all farms across Ontario.
