Awards and Bursaries for In-Course Students

Scholarship in Nutrition and Metabolism

Established in 2014 by the Department of Kinesiology this scholarship recognizes a student in the Kinesiology major of the B.A.Sc. program who has achieved both academic and professional excellence in the field of Nutrition and Metabolism. One scholarship of $1000 and a commemorative medal is awarded to the student with the highest cumulative average in KIN 1070, KIN 2070, KIN 3030, and KIN 3250 who is also engaged in a research project in KIN 4400 or KIN 3190 related to nutrition and /or metabolism. Complete the application and submit to Guelph-Humber Awards Committee with an attached research proposal and or/report by February 15th.
