Students whose Student Type is "Special" must process course selection, add, and drop requests in paper format through Undergraduate Program Services and must obtain an approval signature from their Program Counsellor prior to submitting the request.
Students who have a term academic standing of "Probationary" and who are not in the Bachelor of Commerce program must also process course selection, add, and drop requests in paper format through Undergraduate Program Services and must obtain an approval signature from their Program Counsellor prior to submitting the request.
Prior to the last day of an add period most students require program counsellor approval to register in greater than 2.75 credits in a semester. Beginning on the last day of an add period all students can register in up to 3.25 credits in a semester without obtaining program counsellor approval. Students registered in some programs are exempt from the 2.75 maximum.
Students should present their Academic Evaluation Report plus any updates when seeking academic advice.
