Undergraduate Degree Regulations and ProceduresAddress for University CommunicationDepending on the nature and timing of the communication, the University may use one of these addresses to communicate with students. Students are, therefore, responsible for checking all of the following on a regular basis: Email AddressThe University issued email address is considered an official address and will be used for correspondence from the University. Students are responsible for monitoring their University-issued email account regularly. See Section I--Statement of Students' Academic Responsibilities for more information. Home AddressStudents are responsible for maintaining a current mailing address with the University. Address changes can be made, in writing, through Undergraduate Program Services. Post Office BoxesAll students registered in an on-campus course are assigned an on-campus Post Office Box. This box will be used for university correspondence during the term and should be cleared regularly. |
