Creating Curriculum and Calendar Workflow Efficiencies

The project team is pleased to announce that a new Curriculum Management System is one step closer, with the RFP process nearing completion and the development of an implementation strategy in its beginning stages.

What will the new system mean for the University?

The Curriculum Management System will streamline several curriculum and academic processes, and it will integrate and synchronize our Student Information Systems to accurately reflect our institution's programs. The system will also improve our Academic Calendars by providing calendar management tools and workflows and allowing on-demand publishing to web, mobile, tablet, and print-to-PDF platforms.

Who is involved in this project?

Over the past three months, 40 stakeholders across campus have participated in vendor demonstrations and workshops and have reviewed a Proof of Concept of the proposed solution. The feedback from stakeholders has been overwhelmingly positive.
