Provided by the family of Helen G. West, a Mac '30 graduate who was a member of the first University of Guelph Senate and a charter member of the University of Guelph Alumni Association, with the assistance of the Ontario government's OSOTF program. Apply by October 7 to Student Financial Services with a completed Financial Need Assessment Form (N.A.F.) and submit the Helen G. West ACCESS Scholarship application. ACCESS AWARD
Students registered in any major of the BASc. program who demonstrates financial need and who has completed at least 10.0 course credits with a cumulative average of at least 70%. Preference will be given to a student who has been involved with extracurricular activities. Additionally, students must meet the government-mandated terms for receipt of an OSOTF award (see General Statements on Awards).
