2023 Allied Turfgrass Research Funding
Description
The Canadian Turfgrass Research Foundation (CTRF) annual call for research project proposals is now open. Those interested are encouraged to apply for 2023 research project funding consideration from the following turfgrass research funding organizations with a single submission:
- Alberta Turfgrass Research Foundation
- Canadian Turfgrass Research Foundation
- Manitobe Golf Superintendents Association
- Northwest Turfgrass Association
- Quebec Turfgrass Research Foundation
- Saskatchewan Turfgrass Association
- Western Canada Turfgrass Association
Application to this funding opportunity will be circulated to the above mentioned groups. Individual organizations will make funding decisions based on their own parameters, for example:
- research priorities
- available budget
- previous commitments
- preferred funding term
CTRF member organizations are able to explore potential partnerships and as a result, funding could be provided by one or more organization or the CTRF as a whole.
Indirect Costs
Varies by funding group to a maximum of 15%.

If College-level review is required, your College will communicate its earlier internal deadlines.
