As of July 25, 2024, ethics applications for studies involving human participants can be submitted in the Research Ethics Online System (EthOS).

Replay links to the series of virtual Roadshows held between July 16 and July 23 to preview EthOS and the transition guidelines have now been posted on the EthOS Hub-Webinar page.

Researchers can visit the EthOS Hub to access the new system and all support resources, including:

  • A Getting Started guide for your initial log-in steps and a reminder of interim guidelines
  • Additional User Materials on basic navigation and steps for creating and submitting applications
  • Registration links for upcoming virtual training on either August 1 or August 8

Note: Training will continue on a monthly basis with the Fall dates to be announced shortly on the EthOS Hub-Webinar page.

If you have any questions about EthOS, contact the dedicated help desk at RAIMSsupport@uoguelph.ca.
