Description

U of G researchers are invited to register for upcoming Discovery and Dialogue Days to learn about the 2018-19 research priorities for the OMAFRA – U of G Funding Call in the following themes:

  • Emergency Management
  • Environmental Sustainability
  • Agri-Food and Rural Policy

Discovery and Dialogue Days are designed for researchers to learn from OMAFRA staff about the theme’s research priorities as well as new and emerging concerns facing Ontario’s agricultural sectors.

These workshops have been coupled with ‘Town Hall’ program information sessions where one can learn more about the application and online submission process for the OMAFRA – U of G Research Funding Programs. Town Hall program information sessions are open for all to attend and are not theme or priority-specific. There is no need to register for the Town Hall component of these events. LOIs for the current Research Call are due at noon on October 25, 2018.
