Description
A unique opportunity for all U of G faculty, researchers and staff to connect with Elizabeth Boston, Director, Mathematical, Environmental and Physical Sciences, a visiting representative from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC).
This NSERC community engagement visit will provide researchers, students and other stakeholders an opportunity to learn more about some recent program and policy developments. Topics to be discussed include:
- program updates/statistics
- investments by the federal government in science
- Framework on Equity, Diversity, Inclusion
- policy and strategy updates
