Independence Awards are currently offered through three programs: the Simons Foundation Autism Research Initiative (SFARI) Bridge to Independence Award [2], the Simons Collaboration on the Global Brain (SCGB) Transition to Independence Award [3], and the Simons Collaboration on Plasticity and the Aging Brain (SCPAB) [4]Transition to Independence Award [3].
