New SLs who submitted an application and have been offered a work assignment with a non-University email will need to have their Central Login ID manually tied to their account.
Forward to fasr.jobs@uoguelph.ca the list of new SL(s) with (1) their non-University email address and (2) their University email addresses before the second pay period of each new semester.
There are a number of ways the system can help identify these individuals:
Run the SL Work Assignment Closure & Validation of SPs and RoFR report, and do a search on SL's email for those that do not contain 'guelph'; or
Run the SL (Unit 2) Contact Report to look for non-University email addresses.
Once we have updated the account(s), notify the SL to log in with their Central Login ID to ensure the accuracy of their Profile, work history and to upload their AODA/EHS certificates.
