Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a general understanding of the physical and chemical processes that operate in the groundwater and unsaturated zones under natural and human-induced conditions, and the interrelations between the groundwater regime and the other components of the hydrological cycle.
Preferred Qualifications:
The preferred candidate will have a sound knowledge of groundwater and soil physics and have taken at least one undergraduate course in groundwater or soil physics. Instructional and field experience, as well as current graduate level research, in groundwater and soil physics, especially in groundwater-related calculations would be an asset.
