This two course sequence provides the biochemical foundation for the study of human nutrition, exercise and metabolism. GTA will assist undergraduate students in the biochemistry laboratory. Other duties that may be assigned: invigilation of written and practical examination, marking of written examinations, preparation and/or marking of practical examinations, open undergraduate laboratory for extra help sessions, and pre-laboratory talks ***** IMPORTANT NOTE: The University of Guelph has vaccination and masking policies that may be altered with limited notice depending on COVID-19 circumstances and advice from government, public health authorities, and prevailing science. Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
Background in general biochemistry and metabolism.
Preferred Qualifications: 
Experience conducting and organizing labs. - Skills required to supervise students and troubleshoot their technical difficulties.
