Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
Must be a PhD student at the University of Guelph. Strong working knowledge of leadership ethics theory and practice. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Previous grading experience (preferably at the graduate level) as well as experience coaching and facilitating group learning. Demonstrated understanding of critical thinking and ethical reasoning. Familiarity with sustainability (environmental, social and economic) concepts and issues.
Preferred Qualifications: 
Previous experience teaching and grading (especially in an online environment) Courses taken in leadership and/or organizational studies Previous experience in leadership roles Previous successful experience GTA'ing with Lang Grad Professional Programs

Days and Times Required: 
Online course offered as a part of the MA Leadership program. The course runs from 3-Sept-24 to 20-Oct-24, with 2 weeks for grading thereafter (may be marking and follow up required up to 10 days following course completion).

Wage Rate (per hour, per semester, per Full-load 1.0 Work Assignment):
