AS PART OF THE ORIENTATION PROCESS, IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY DONE SO, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THREE ON-LINE COURSES RELATED TO ACCESSIBILITY AND WORKER HEALTH & SAFETY. IF THIS PERTAINS TO YOU FURTHER INFORMATION WILL BE FORTHCOMING BEFORE CLASSES START IN A SEPARATE EMAIL FROM THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.

Masters related to field
PhD in progress related to field
Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
M.A. (PREFERABLY PHD) IN HISTORY OR A RELATED DISCIPLINE. SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE IN TEACHING UNIVERSITY LEVEL HISTORY COURSES, EVIDENCE OF ONGOING SCHOLARSHIP AS DEMONSTRATED THROUGH PEER-REVIEWED PUBLICATIONS AND CONFERENCE PRESENTATIONS. PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO APPLICANTS WHO CAN SHOW TEACHING AND/OR RESEARCH EXPERIENCE IN THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE COURSE.

Successful teaching related to field at college or university level.
Research Experience: 
Quality and or Recent Research activity in related field demonstrating knowledge of current developments in course content.
