1) Reviewing of DoM Information Checklist for Sessional Faculty (emailed to you prior to semester start up); 2) Completing one-time only three online UofG administrative training courses before the start of classes and uploading certificates of completion; 3) Maintaining CourseLink; 4) Submitting Deferred Exam and Marking Rubric to Academic Assistant prior to end of semester; 5) TA Coordination meetings if applicable

Degree: 
Masters related to field
Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level
High scores on teaching evaluations in the subject area
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
Demonstrated knowledge of management from a strategic perspective, focusing on how organizations can achieve competitive advantage through leveraging their resources; to integrate knowledge of management theories to develop strategic solutions to organizational issues.
Preferred Qualifications

Many years of successful teaching related to contents of the course.
