(i) Pretesting (checking lab manuals, running experiments prior to lab sessions to confirm that the samples and instruments behave the way we expect it to); Preparing (checking on chemicals and materials, purchase of food for analysis, getting to lab prior to session to ensure all material is present, clean and available to be used by students); Running lab sessions (guiding students through activities and data collection - instructor will do the lab introduction and grade the lab introductions prepared by the students) (ii) Grading of lab reports (iii) Consulting of students

Required Qualifications:
B.Sc., training/experience in food chemistry
Preferred Qualifications:
M.Sc. in Food Science, Graduate training in food chemistry
