Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
1) Must be a registered Winter 2025 University of Guelph Department of Management PhD student; 2) Must be available Required Days and able to meet all deadlines with accuracy, i.e., grading, invigilating, etc.; 3) Previous TA experience with MGMT 6300.
Preferred Qualifications: 
1) Previous sessional instructor experience with the University of Guelph Department of Management; 2) Research interest in organizational change management and communication.
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
Supervisor/TA Assignment of Work Agreement meeting (as scheduled by instructor). Lectures: Wednesday - 8:30am-11:20am; Final Exam Period April 7 - 21 and Final Grade Submission Period to April 28. Please see Schedule of Dates in the Undergraduate Calendar.
Period of the Work Assignment (Start Date and End Date): 
January 2, 2025 to April 28, 2025
Wage Rate (per hour, per semester, per Full-load 1.0 Work Assignment): 
GTA $47.87/hr; $6,707.00/semester effective 2024/25
