Required Qualifications:
1) Must be a registered Summer 2025 University of Guelph UNDERGRADUATE student, who has completed at least 10.0 credits towards their undergraduate degree; 2) Must be available to attend some lectures in person (Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:00-5:20pm) and able to meet all deadlines with accuracy, i.e., grading, invigilating, etc.; 3) Demonstratable strong communication skills, both verbal and written (please provide examples that illustrate your strong skill set); 4) Provide clear evidence of expertise related to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) in the workplace, through academic transcripts and/or related experience (e.g., volunteer, extracurricular, paid work); 5) Has successfully completed CourseLink trainings: Identity and Unconscious Bias at Work, Positive Space Training – Part 1, Principles of Belonging: Anti-Oppression and Anti-Racism, Sexual and Gender Based Violence Awareness Training Module for Students;
Preferred Qualifications:
1) Students registered in a business or psychology program, or students registered in a social science, arts, or humanities program that emphasizes justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) in the workplace; 2) Students registered in the University of Guelph human resources minor; 3) Students who have successfully completed MGMT2190 (or a comparable course), MGMT3030, and/or MGMT4040 with a grade of 80% of higher; 4) Students with experience with case study analysis and/or case competitions; 5) Past experience grading or evaluating written work.
