Required qualifications: -Extensive experience facilitating online writing consultations -Extensive experience facilitating in-person writing consultations -Exemplary writing and communication skills -Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism -Extensive training and/or experience in supporting students with English as an Additional Language (EAL) -Experience evaluating students' writing (at least 3 GTA or sessional positions which involved providing comments on written assignments, or equivalent other experience) -Experience working one-on-one with students on their writing (at least 2 GTA or sessional positions which involved conferencing with students about their writing, or equivalent other experience) -Experience presenting in front of groups (at least 1 GTA or sessional position which involved teaching seminars or lectures, or equivalent other experience)
