TA Coordination meetings and grading: indicate deadlines required for grading assignments: Deadlines would be a week after each assignment is submitted; expecting to have two group assignments and two individual assignments, as well as a longitudinal group assignment. The TA would likely mark 2/3 of the group and individual assignments, and most of the longitudinal group assignment or the final exam – they will be submitted nearly concurrently.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
Masters Degree Required. Previous experience grading at the graduate level. Knowledge of course materials (must understand course material (accounting/finance background) and strong communication/feedback skills are important. Experience shows that students pay a lot of attention to the weekly feedback and adapt their next submission to improve based on the feedback provided. Identifying a grad student who has the time and skills to do this is essential.
Preferred Qualifications: 
PhD Student, with experience TA'ing Lang Executive Programs' online courses.
