Assisting students throughout semester with all of the data assignments across applicable accounting courses ACCT*1240, ACCT*3230, ACCT*3330 and ACCT*4230: Modification of assignment instructions and data sets - due before the end of the first month of the semester; Classroom and student support, including presentations, in the second and third month of the semester as well as the first week in of the last month of the semester; Grading middle two weeks in the second month of semester, first week and a half in third and last month of the semester. Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
1) Registered Fall 2024 University of Guelph Graduate Student; 2) Strong accounting statistics and computer science knowledge; 3) Familiar with both MAC and PC computer systems; 4) Familiar with Excel, Tableau, and other Data Analytics/Visualization Tools; 5) Must be available for all required dates and able to meet required deadlines with accuracy, ie assisting students with assignments, grading, etc.
Preferred Qualifications: 
1) DoM PhD Graduate Student with Job Security; 2) Previous experience as GSA for accounting data analytics; 3) Previous experience teaching and grading data analytics assignments; 4) Previous experience teaching or grading accounting
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
Supervisor/TA Assignment of Work Agreement meeting (as scheduled by instructor). Final Exam Period December 2 - 13 and Final Grade Submission Period to December 20; Assisting students throughout semester with all of the data assignments across applicable accounting courses ACCT3330, ACCT3280, ACCT3340, ACCT4230 and ACCT3350: Modification of assignment instructions and data sets - due before the end of the first month of the semester; Classroom and student support, including presentations, in the second and third month of the semester as well as the first week in of the last month of the semester; Grading middle two weeks in the second month of semester, first week and a half in third and last month of the semester; Invigilating 7.5 hours of this appointment has been allocated to the Department of Management to invigilate other DoM courses’ final exams if required (if the DoM Academic Assistant confirms these invigilating hours are not required, the instructor will allocate these hours back to one of this course’s tasks, ie grading); See Duties and Responsibilities; See WebAdvisor for Lecture Days and Times
