Other Duties Described: 
Marking duties for the labs, assignments, and two term tests Each Teaching Assistant will be given marking duties for the labs and assignments. They will also need to attend the lab and tutorial sessions. They may also be requested to do some marking of the two term tests as well.  There will be approximately 50 students in the class.  There are five labs and four or five assignments which can be divided between/among the TA's. For the labs that are done in the GFIC Pilot Plant, there will be some minor pre-lab set-up and post-lab clean-up. The labs are run on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 2:30 to 5:20.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
B.Sc., Training/experience in food processing and engineering
Preferred Qualifications: 
M. Sc. in Food Science, Graduate training/experience in food processing and engineering
