Days and Times Required: 
TA Assignment of Work Agreement meeting May 5-9; Following Assignment of Work Agreement meeting and training courses accessible to TA, completion of three UofG wide one-time only online Administrative courses (one hour each) and each certificate of completion uploaded to TA Profile on the Academic Staff Work Assignment website before end of May (if course(s) previously completed, hours will be allocated to another task); Invigilating (in-class (approximately 66 hours total): May 12, 16 and June 6 9:00 - 11:00 a.m., May 23 & 26 9:00 a.m. - noon, May 30, June 2, 12, 13, July 4, 7, 11, 14 and 18 9 a.m. - 12: 30 p.m., July 21 and 25 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., July 30 and August 1, 9: 00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.; NOTE: 2.5 hours per TA has been allocated to the Department of Management to invigilate other DoM courses final exams (August 5-13) if required (if the DoM Academic Assistant confirms to you these invigilating hours are not required, the instructor will allocate these hours back to one of this course’s tasks, ie grading).; Grading: to be done while invigilating
