Convocation is a time for celebration, it’s an opportunity to come together as a community to honour our students’ success and achievements. This event is a shared experience, let’s work together to help create a positive atmosphere to celebrate our grads!
Important Dates Summer 2026:

| Ceremony registration opens for Summer 2026 graduating students through WebAdvisor | |
| Deadline to register for a ceremony time slot | |
| Students will be notified by the Registrar's Office if additional guest tickets are available for purchase for their ceremony | |
| Gown rental and ticket payment is due and must be done through WebAdvisor. Please review the Guest Tickets section for more information | |
| Students will receive all guest tickets via email | |
| Deadline to submit refund request for gown rental and guest tickets. Once tickets are distributed, refunds can no longer be processed. Please submit requests to convpay@uoguelph.ca |
