Human Health and Nutritional Sciences
The Department of Human Health and Nutritional Sciences (HHNS) conducts research on aging, diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, nutrition, exercise, biomechanics, and metabolism, among other topics.
The department offers undergraduate majors in Human Kinetics, Nutritional and Nutraceutical Sciences, Bio-Medical Sciences, and Neuroscience, as well as master’s and doctoral degrees in Human Health and Nutritional Sciences.
