On-Campus Accommodation

The University of Guelph boasts one of the largest university residence systems in Canada. Our accommodations provide delegates with a clean and comfortable living environment offering a variety of single or shared room styles. A 24-hour residence desk provides delegates with around the clock information and services.

Information to have prior to registering:
Each delegate must complete their own registration separately to reserve a room. If you are sharing accommodations in a double room or townhouse, ensure you have your roommate’s first and last name(s) to be placed together.
Include the conference name in your registration to ensure participants are placed near other delegates.
All online on-campus reservations will be charged a $6 non-refundable administration fee.
If you are registered for on-campus accommodations, parking is included in your nightly rate. Parking passes are issued at check-in.

Room Rates:
Traditional residence rooms – NO air-conditioning available
- $47.80 (CAD) per night per person plus HST for one (1) bed in a single or double room
Townhouses – Air conditioned
- $104.50 (CAD) per night per person plus HST for one (1) or two (2) bedrooms in a Townhouse.
- $87.18 (CAD) per night per person plus HST for three (3) or (4) bedrooms in a Townhouse
Off-Campus Accommodations
Delta Hotel Guelph
The Delta Guelph Hotel and Conference Centre is located at the corner of Stone Road and Gordon Street and is located on University property. Guelph's only 4-star hotel features 148 contemporary guest rooms and suites with onsite fitness facilities. Guests also enjoy complimentary access to Movati Athletic. Please note, there is an additional cost for parking.

Directions
The most direct route to the University from Highway 401, East or West is via the Brock Road Exit 299 North (Regional Road 46).
- If driving from Toronto, do not exit at the Guelph Line, but proceed to the Brock Road Exit 299. Brock Road’s name changes to Gordon Street once you are in Guelph.
- Proceed to the Gordon Street and Stone Road intersection.
- Turn right on to Stone Road, the entrance to the University will be on your left-hand side.
- Take your first left on to the university property.
On-Campus Parking

A daily parking pass costs $7.96 including HST, Monday to Friday.
Parking is free AFTER 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. There is no charge for parking on weekends.
