Careers & Opportunities
What can you do with a degree in Arts & Science?
The flexibility of the BAS programs provides you diverse paths upon graduation. An Arts & Science degree allows students to obtain the requirements for advanced degrees including MA and MSc programs; professional degrees such as medicine, education, law, veterinary medicine; or a combination of interests in careers such as journalism, public health, and environmental conservation.
Note: if there is a specific graduate program you are interested (i.e. MA in English), we advise you to work with the program or University you plan to attend, to ensure you will meet their admission requirements. In some cases, students might be asked to take some additional courses above their minors. This is totally fine, and we can use your electives for this!
