The Department of Human Health and Nutritional Sciences welcomes Dr. Nate Bartman, postdoctoral fellow in the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences at Brock University, who will present on Environmental Extremes, Performance and Health as part of the HHNS Seminar Series. All are welcome. No registration required.

Dr. Nate Bartman is a postdoctoral research fellow at Brock University with Drs. Stephen Cheung and Toby Mundel. Nate studied altitude sickness at Syracuse University (MSc.) and heat strain at the University of Buffalo (PhD). Nate's research interests include thermal physiology and fitness in extreme environments. Current projects focus on the effects of temperature and CO2 on lung and kidney function.
