A smorgasbord of techniques for thriving under pressure are practiced in and out of class to begin developing lifetime skills.  

This 12-part skills program with Kathy Somers of the Stress Management & High Performance Clinic meets ON-LINE for an hour, 
twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, for 6 weeks (no sessions during Semester Break, February 19-23).
