Hosted by the University of Guelph—one of Canada’s top-ranked institutions for Food Science and Technology—this event continues to push the boundaries of food innovation, fostering collaboration between academia and the food industry.
Undergraduate and graduate students can compete in poster and oral presentations for a chance to win one of 15 prizes.
