Michael Spadafora has worked for over 12 years in the insurance industry entirely with The Co-operators with experience in claims, finance and now managing the Farm insurance product. He has a Masters in Economics from Carleton University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant and continues to inject science and analytics into the manufacturing of farm insurance products.  Founded by farmers, The Co-operators continues to be a leader in providing financial security for Canadian farmers. Michael's goal is to enhance and innovate insurance to meet the emerging needs of farmers leveraging expertise in agriculture and analytic acumen while promoting the cooperative principles on which The Co-operators was formed.
