About the Panel:
Eva McLellan
Eva McLellan is a global healthcare executive, known as a forward-thinking strategist and purpose-driven transformational leader. She brings a track record of helping individuals and organizations transform to meet the complex challenges facing healthcare systems and patients today. Eva has held various senior global strategy and affiliate leadership roles in Canada, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg, since joining the biotech industry nearly 20 years ago. She is presently serving as the General Manager & Country President, Roche Pharma Slovenia. Guided by her personal mission to help others tap their fullest potential and amplify positive impact on society, she has been a long time advocate of gender and health equity. Eva served as a board member of the Healthcare Business Women's Association (HBA) in Europe, and in 2021 partnered with Kaye Vitug to co-found a global foundation, Unlocking Eve. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science and Masters of Biotechnology from the University of Toronto (Canada), and is a graduate from INSEAD Business School's Executive Management Program (France).
Kaye Vitug
A purpose-driven and transformative leader with a mission of being of service and empowering others, Kaye is a Filipino-American healthcare finance executive with 25 years' experience in the US, Switzerland, South Korea, and the UK, spanning the healthcare ecosystem.
Kaye holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines. Her values are ingrained by her family of mostly women teachers, nurses, and social workers, who through their own lived experience role modeled and demonstrated that empowered women bring health and well-being to their communities when their individual and collective impacts are unlocked. The integration of both these - her professional expertise and her personal mission - led Kaye to partner with Eva McLellan to co-found Unlocking Eve.
