Accessibility We coordinate campus-wide initiatives and provide resources to systemically address barriers in order to achieve accessibility as stipulated by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). Employment Equity We coordinate campus-wide initiatives and oversee to correct the conditions of disadvantage in employment for historically disadvantaged groups under the Employment Equity Act and the federal contractors program. Click here to learn more about the Federal Contractors Program.
