Graduate Engineering Organizations & Extracurriculars
In the School of Engineering, we encourage our graduate students to be involved within the university and the community. Here are some of the opportunities that exist for all graduate students.
Graduate Engineering Society (GES)
The GES aims to represent Graduate Engineering students and provide services including printing, document binding, social and event planning, in addition to voicing student concerns to the School of Engineering, the Graduate Student Association and CUPE 3913.
As a full or part-time graduate student, you are a member of the Graduate Students' Association (GSA), which is your official representative at the University of Guelph. Whether in negotiations with university administration, participation on various university committees, or through interaction with other student organizations on campus, the GSA is making sure the interests of graduate students are taken into consideration.
