FARE faculty invited to speak at international conference on Food Inflation and COVID-19 in South Asia

FARE Associate Professor Dr. Sylvanus Kwaku Afesorgbor has been funded by the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) as an invited speaker to the International Conference on COVID-19 in South Asia: Lessons from a Time of Upheaval, Oct. 17-18 in Nepal.
Dr. Afesorgbor will present on the topic “Food Inflation, Agri-Food Trade and COVID-19. Evidence from South Asia.” His paper has been accepted for publication in the Special Issue on COVID-19 in South Asia: Lessons from a Time of Upheaval by Applied Economics Perspectives and Policy (AEPP) (https://southasia.ifpri.info/2021/12/08/call-for-papers-aepp-special-issue/ ).
