The general mission of Treasury Operations is to manage the liquidity of the university. This means that all current and projected cash inflows and outflows must be monitored to ensure that there is sufficient cash to fund university operations, as well as to ensure that excess cash is properly invested.
The Controller's Office is responsible for establishing accounting standards for the University Community, as well as exercising continuous oversight to ensure that the internal controls are followed. We also provide accurate internal and external financial reporting and are responsible for the preparation of the Audited Financial Statements.
