Food Laboratory Booking Information
The Anita Stewart Memorial Food Laboratory is available to be booked by University of Guelph faculty, students and staff when not in use by the School of Hospitality, Food and Tourism Management.

The Lab Coordinator will respond to you within 2 business days.
The Food Laboratory features:
- a demonstration kitchen, plus five kitchen stations;
- is outfitted with state-of-the-art appliances and food preparation equipment provided by Whirlpool Corp.;
- a high-end audio-visual system which allows for worldwide virtual broadcast capabilities.
Researchers from across the University of Guelph are invited to use the food laboratory to share their food expertise.
