UGSRP Forum 2012 - Mike von Massow

The University of Guelph Sustainable Restaurant Project (UGSRP) and the School of Hospitality & Tourism Management (HTM, U of G) presented the 2nd annual UGSRP Forum on "Topics in Sustainability". The event took place on Wednesday, October 10th, 2012 at the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada.

Mike von Massow is an Assistant Professor in HTM.
